6 Terraced Houses in Schafisheim

The six terraced houses in Schafisheim combine central living comfort with modern architecture. Located just a few steps from the town center, the two compact buildings blend harmoniously into the surroundings and each offer three high-quality, affordable ownership units. Demand was enormous: shortly after the building permit was published, the units were reserved, and before construction work began, all units were sold.

Project Description

The two buildings were constructed in an attractive residential area characterized by its central location and excellent accessibility. Thanks to the ideal accessibility, the construction process was smooth and free of logistical challenges. The houses were built using solid construction methods and handed over to their respective buyers as private properties.

Special Features

Carefully planned work preparation (AVOR) and well-thought-out construction logistics were key to the success of this project. The outstanding collaboration among all parties involved – from planners and project developers to skilled tradespeople – resulted in a high-quality construction that fully satisfied both the buyers and everyone involved in the process.
