Multi-family house on Badenerstrasse

The multi-family house on Badenerstrasse combines urban accessibility with quiet living in a green environment. Thanks to its excellent location, the city centre is easily accessible via the Limmattalbahn and main traffic routes. The new building is deliberately set back so that the street-side façade radiates calm, while the balconies on the main side offer an idyllic view of the adjacent park and green areas.

Project description

Thanks to the excellent organisation of the logistics, the building was erected in an impressively short time. The structure was built in solid construction and impresses with its high quality. With a total of eight apartments, each with a cellar and underground parking space, the property standard was achieved. This makes the apartments ideal for both renting and selling, ensuring flexibility and value retention.

Special features

The success of this project is due to the smooth cooperation of all parties involved. Planners, project planners and contractors worked hand in hand to create a structure that meets the highest standards and exceeded all expectations.
