New construction MFH, Höhenweg, 8965 Berikon

At the end of Höhenweg, two apartment buildings with 3 and 5 apartments each have been built. The underground garage connects both buildings. The buildings are slope oriented with an unobstructed view, which is the optimal use of the location.

Project description

The interesting concept of the ARIV Coliving Hotel combines the privacy of an own apartment with the amenities of a hotel, paired with the social component of a residential community. During the redesign of the hotel, WALO Bertschinger AG Frenkendorf was allowed to help design the 1,500 sqm community area, which invites people to meet, experience, relax and work.
The gastro kitchen located on the upper floor was converted into a community kitchen and provided with a modern and robust HAYPANOL® D bedding covering. The first floor had floors with different subfloors and heights. Thus, a special solution was needed. A resistant mineral leveling layer was used and covered with a colored PU sealer so that the floor would also meet the aesthetic requirements of the lobby and entrance hall.
The Ariv Coliving Hotel shines in new splendor and invites you to rest and feel good.

Special features

The project presented the team with a major challenge due to the different subsoils and heights. With the elaboration of a sophisticated renovation concept with a special solution for the first floor as well as a high flexibility of the entire team during the execution, the task was mastered flawlessly.
