Energy refurbishment Telli, Aarau

Who doesn't know them. The characteristic silhouettes of the 4 terraced Telli high-rise buildings northeast of the city of Aarau. These were realized in the seventies of the last century in element construction.

Project description

Two of the four blocks are owned by the AXA Investment Foundation. These blocks, Telli B with 220 residential units and Telli C with 361 residential units, are now to be brought up to the latest energy and fire protection standards. In addition, earthquake retrofitting measures and the renovation of the underground garages will be carried out. Walo Bertschinger AG carried out the following work for the project:

Earthworks and uncovering of the ceilings of the underground garages and temporary bypasses (PZ 410), structural strengthening of the garage ceilings (PZ 250), bituminous sealing with wearing course (PZ 310).

Special

Approximately 2000 people live in these buildings. We are strictly required to comply with noise regulations and rest periods. We work directly on facades of bedrooms. In general, we are very prudent and sustainable care of the nature in this recreational area.
