IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

The WALO Group is an innovative general contractor active in all markets of the construction industry. Now in its 4th and 5th generations, the family-run company has focused on combining consistency and innovation for over 100 years. WALO has established itself as a reliable partner in construction and infrastructure projects in Switzerland and worldwide.

The overarching IT operations for the entire WALO Group are ensured at the Dietikon location. To strengthen the department, we are looking for a qualified and service-oriented employee to start immediately or by agreement.

Your area of responsibility

  • First-level support, including the recording, processing, and monitoring of incidents and requests in the service management tool "Ky2Help"
  • Ensuring user management, including access management
  • Installation and deployment of hardware and software (computers, telephony, mobile devices, etc.) via Microsoft Intune
  • Active maintenance of the documentation necessary to achieve service level goals (installation instructions, operating manuals, etc.)
  • Communication during disruptions and maintenance work
  • Participation in shift work (06:30 – 17:30), including recurring on-call duties (night/weekend)
  • Active support for changes and projects

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (ideally in system technology) and professional experience at the ServiceDesk
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, M365 Office products (including MS Teams/SharePoint), and basic knowledge in networking
  • Passion for new technologies and consulting in the IT field
  • Good comprehension skills, enjoyment in customer contact, and a strong service orientation
  • Good communication and analytical skills, as well as flexibility and resilience
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, additional languages like French and English are an advantage
  • Willingness for special assignments / on-call duty
  • Driving license category B (car)
